1. WHO WE ARE

AMAYA Patagonia SpA, a company registered in Chile (RUT 78.434.653-6), Puerto Varas, Region de Los Lagos. We operate the web application at amaya.guru.

2. WHAT WE PROVIDE

AMAYA is a subscription web application for daily planning and self-observation. On payment you receive access to your account, where the service provides:

• a daily planner computed from astronomical data for the location and birth data you enter;
• a personal journal with structured entries;
• written guidance generated for each day;
• a library of practice instructions and reference material on classical Indian philosophy and its texts.

Access is digital and immediate. There is no physical product and no shipping.

3. WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE

AMAYA describes patterns of time and offers material for study and practice. It does not predict events, and it does not promise any outcome in your life, health, work or relationships.

AMAYA is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you need any of those, ask a licensed professional.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

You sign in by email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address. One account is for one person, and sharing account access with others is not permitted.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

5. PAYMENT

Prices are shown on the site before purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and appears on your bank statement.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves your current period running to its end.

In-app credits (PRANA) are bought once and do not expire while your account exists.

6. YOUR CONTENT

What you write in the journal is yours. We store it to run the service and to generate your daily guidance. We do not sell it, and we do not show it to other users.

You can ask us to delete your account and its content by writing to legal@amaya.guru. We will do it within 30 days.

7. OUR CONTENT

The texts, calculations, translations and images in AMAYA belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own practice and study. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them.

8. WHEN WE MAY CLOSE AN ACCOUNT

We may suspend or close an account that shares access, attempts to break the service, or uses it to harm other people. If we do, we refund the unused part of a current subscription period.

9. CHANGES

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you as a paying customer, we will say so by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.

10. LAW

These terms are governed by the law of Chile. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
